At our upcoming HR Roundtable, the Boone EDC is excited to host Child Care Answers (CCA), a premier Central Indiana resource dedicated to bridging the gap between workforce retention and accessible early care and education. Child care challenges directly impact a company’s bottom line, absenteeism, and overall productivity; therefore, it's important to consider how your organization can address these challenges.

With over 40 years of experience supporting central Indiana's early care and education system, CCA will be introducing dedicated Boone County supports this fall. They will serve as a strategic partner to local economic development as we help businesses secure and stabilize their talent pipelines. Beyond consulting with employers on child care benefit strategies and family-friendly policies, they will act as a community anchor to educate partners and family-facing organizations on how to connect Boone County working families directly to trusted care. Their local Boone County expert will simultaneously provide local child care professionals with the tools and resources needed to open, sustain, and/or scale their businesses. By aligning the needs of local employers, families, and child care professionals, CCA will collaborate with Boone County partners to inform and implement the infrastructure necessary to reduce workforce disruptions and drive sustainable economic growth throughout the county.
